Brief business description

Owner of Rosebud Cherryl has had a passion for flowers and floristry since an early age. Just aged 11, she won the Birmingham Flower Show.


So impressed by her obvious flair she was taken under the wing of a Master Florist, in her then home in the Midlands. She won again the following year aged 12, and with all the help and knowledge she received went on to come Second-Overall winner aged just 13.


Despite being a busy wife and mother, when the opportunity presented itself, two years ago, to open her own Florist she jumped at the chance. With help and support from her family and friends Rosebud opened its doors for the first time on 5th November 2005 and Cherryl has not looked back.


Its first eighteen months have been a fantastic success with shop trade increasing constantly. Rosebud has acquired several corporate contracts with local hotels and businesses for arrangements, courtesy flowers and 'Thank You' bouquets. Rosebud is fortunate to be able to boast that they really do use only the best quality flowers as owner Cherryl is a long standing member of The Dutch Flower Council and insists, wherever possible, that all her flowers come direct from the growers.
