As a collector studying philately and the science of stamps for over 18 years I feel the time is right to offer my experience to the beginner and the more advanced stamp collector. Trading from home I can offer my product at a fair price because there are no expensive overheads such as Business Rates etc. I offer a personal service tailored to my clients requirements searching for the more difficult items that normally elude many others in the collecting side of the industry.

When clients ring me they speak to me and not a machine. I they E-mail me they come to my computer and will be answered and dealt with by me. If they have a complaint it is recorded in a register and dealt with by me. In short, if I fail clients in any way, it is my problem alone. I note and record what I have done to rectify the problem and what measures have been put in place to prevent reoccurence.
