    Quote [over 'phone] was between £80 - £90 for visit and service and cost of cable up to £29. This company must use a 15x mark up on spares. In the event the invoice was for £164 plus VAT [new rollers and stainless steel cable] A total bill for £189.18 for 20 minutes work -- a total rip off! BEWARE!!!
