    Despite me providing them with a cutter guide, this was not followed and the top flap of the resultant carton would not stay closed and sprang open. They couldnt fix the issue despite advice as to how to do it. They insisted I should accept a substandard product that was not to spec as it was "the best we can do". I wasted at least 3 weeks with these people who as a result of their insistence they were doing it "right" delayed my time to market and cost a relationship with a good printer.
