Terrible service.

Went in to buy a pair of expensive shoes for my trip to New York and was served by an Ellie Whiting, who firstly measured me wrong, then opted to criticise me for taking too long on deciding which pair of shoes to buy! Couldn't believe my ears when she then went on to criticise me to her colleague about what I was wearing! Even my friend was amazed by her un-professionalism in, what I thought, was supposed to be a qualit shoe shop. Needless to say I will never go there again.

Exquisit

I bought a gorgeous pair of vintage diamonte Bourne stilletto shoes from this exquisit shoe boutique, the service was friendly, personal and welcoming. The shoes in this shop are beautiful and I would highly recomend them for a quality "ladies" shoe.
