They redefine slow and unresponsive

Avoid using this company unless you are forced to do it. My shipment which spent 6 weeks from the US to the UK then sat here for 4 weeks before they finally delivered it, sans 1 box which they somehow lost in the process. While on their website they claim "With offices in the UK, USA and mainland Europe, the staff of EUROUSA are easy to contact." it's only true in that it is easy to contact them. Getting any response worth more than crap from either Rachel Byrne or Carly Mayberry is next to impossible. Unfortunately you have to prepay for their service (or lack thereof) which gives them little to no incentive to deal with you, your shipment, or anything else related to you. There are many better shippers out there, so keep looking!
