Brief business description

The Auberge is a small family owned and run country hotel in North Suffolk. Located mid-way between Ipswich and Norwich, The Auberge is an ideal base from which to to visit and explore East Anglia.

excellent

The food and service at the Bull Auberge was excellent. I visited a month ago and found the menu to be interesting and varied. The French influence was obvious and there seemed to be several regulars in the nearly full dining room at lunchtime. I would have liked a menu on the table rather than having to refer to the blackboard or rely on my memory once seated. This is commonplace in a lot of restaurants now but i wish it wasnt! My memory really is not that great. I will certainly return and recommend it wholeheartedly (especially the deserts)
