will he pay
I have never seen this mans work but I know I would never trust anyone who was not ethical with employers. If a man does a days work he desreves a days pay and konw this man has failed to pay a least one of his workers, and when he does his cheques bounce. He claims he is short of money but I have seen the size of his house, he is registered for V.A.T. and registering as a ltd company, its a hard life for some. Anyway his work ethics may be totally different thats for you to judge. I know that I would not deal with anybody who failed to pay the people who do the work for the customer while they benifit
