If I could give 0 stars I would.

This shop is the worst place I have ever dealt with. They have already lost their licence to sell rabbits, hamsters etc as they didn't look after them properly and they treat their fish appallingly. When I went in last I saw several tanks full of fish with fin rot, dropsy, whitespot etc. They have no idea about the parameters of their tanks and when asked they will make it up. They sold me products that were faulty and when I tried to claim a refund they refused to give me one and were incredibly rude and lied to their manager about me so in turn she treated me rudely. If you would like fish that will survive more than a week, don't buy from them. If you would like products that actually work, don't buy from them. If you would like friendly, well informed staff, definitely don't buy from them
