Seems to be Gender Dependant
Based on experience, if you are male you will get good service and fair prices. If you are female, theres a good chance they will take you for a ride at every possible opportunity. My girlfriend was charged £11 for two headlight bulbs (they originally wanted £25) yet when I phoned them the next day to check the price I was quoted £2.50 a bulb. Won't be using them again, Orwells provide a better service
