    I recently contacted the company with a view to purchasing a lamp. Unfotunatley, the customer service I received was extremely poor and I did not proceed with the order. They were reluctant to provide clear information regarding pricing or the procedure for ordering and were, in my view, unprofessional and discourteous in correspondence. I would certainly never consider using this company again.
