Badly let down in time taken to refurbish my settees. Given to understand from ordering to completion would be approx.12/14 weeks. Now, 16 weeks later, and with our settees in your possession for the past three weeks, I am informed today that it will be a further two weeks before we can expect to receive the furniture, a total of five weeks having to sit on folding chairs <P>
