Took my cat to this cattery a few weeks ago. The facilities for the care of the cats was very good and my cat came back reasonably happy and in good condition. The owner of the cattery, however, was extremely rude to me. Upon arriving I was unsure of where to go so I walked up to her front door and knocked. She ran ran the corner literally screaming at me to 'Get out of my house.' Considering I am a five-foot tall woman who was clearly carrying a cat, I found this very rude and rather frightening to be honest. When she grumpily took me to the pen and we talked about my cat, Jake, she seemed to be a bit nicer, but then made some odd, offensive joke about me having a split personality because I was wearing different coloured shoes or something. Overall I found her very unpleasant and unnecessarily rude to a paying customer. If you are not bothered by this, then the cattery tself would be a good choice, but if you want 'service with a smile'... don't bother.
Having visited a good many catteries in the area, this one is certainly the best. The cats are very well cared for in very clean, spacious pens and all dietary needs are catered to. There are also various types of pens according to your cat's needs. I have a very difficult cat and she always comes back happy from here.
